This September, we gathered in Kotor Bay. Surrounded by deep blue water, dramatic cliffs, and a sense of something special. From the quiet mornings at the Hyatt Regency to the laughter that echoed through the national park, the trip was a celebration — not just of success, but of everything it took to get there. We glided through the bay on a speedboat, dressed for a Gala night that turned into a dance floor under the stars, and felt that shift — when the view, the people, and the moment aligned. And that feeling? It stayed with us.
